Modern Slavery Statement

1. Our position

Vyce prohibits modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and our supply chain, and is committed to compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our turnover is below the £36 million threshold at which section 54 of the Act requires a published statement. We publish this voluntarily because our customers ask, and because we think it's right.

2. Our business

Vyce is a software company. We provide workforce management and payroll software to businesses in the UK. We don't manufacture goods, and we don't supply labour.

Our supply chain consists mainly of software and cloud service providers, professional services firms, and office suppliers. We assess this as a lower risk profile than labour-intensive sectors, but not a zero risk one.

3. What modern slavery means

Slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, debt bondage, child labour and human trafficking. It's a serious criminal offence and a fundamental violation of human rights.

• Due diligence on suppliers, proportionate to risk
• Supplier contracts requiring compliance with anti-slavery law
• Everyone working for or with us is responsible for reporting concerns
• Where we find a breach, we act — with the welfare of the people affected as our first consideration, not the commercial relationship

5. Our products

Our software helps our customers see who is on their sites, how they were onboarded, whether their Right to Work has been verified, and how they're paid. Used properly, that visibility makes exploitation harder to hide in a subcontracting chain. We think that's one of the more useful things our product does.
