Vyce

Responsible AI

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Vyce uses AI in parts of the platform and on this website. This page explains where, how, and what it means for your data.

Where we use AI

Laila, our AI assistant inside the platform, helps users find information and complete tasks.

Our support chat on this website answers questions from our published help content.

Our principles

A person stays accountable. AI in Vyce supports decisions. It doesn't make them. Where a feature touches employment, pay or compliance, a person reviews and approves the outcome.

We tell you when you're using AI. AI features are labelled, and our support chat will confirm it's an AI assistant if you ask.

We don't train on your data. Customer data is not used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.

We ground answers in real sources. Our support chat answers only from our published help content. Where it doesn't have an answer, it says so rather than guessing.

We're honest about limits. AI output can be wrong. Don't rely on it for legal, tax or employment advice, and check anything that matters.

Who processes AI requests

Our AI features are built on models provided by Anthropic and OpenAI. Chat conversations are stored so we can improve our help content. Please don't put personal or confidential information into the support chat.
