Sub-processors
Last updated: 1 October 2026
When we process personal data on behalf of our customers, we use the third parties below. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection obligations no less protective than those in our own Data Processing Addendum.
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Platform hosting, database and file storage | United Kingdom |
| Stripe | Payment processing | EU / US |
| Supabase | Website database, authentication and storage | EU |
| Anthropic | AI features and support chat | US |
| OpenAI | AI features | US |
| HubSpot | Customer relationship management and marketing | EU / US |
| Website analytics and advertising | EU / US | |
| Microsoft | Website session analytics | EU / US |
| Meta | Advertising measurement | EU / US |
| Reb2b | Visitor company identification | US |
Where a sub-processor transfers personal data outside the UK, that transfer relies on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
Customer platform data is hosted in the United Kingdom on Amazon Web Services.
